| Alphageo bags its first international contract in Georgia |

Alphageo has been awarded a contract from Jindal Petroleum Operating Company LLC (an affiliate of Jindal Petroleum Limited) in Blocks IX and X in Georgia for Onshore 2D seismic data acquisition. The total value of the contract, to be executed by the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alphageo International Limited in Dubai, is USD 7.5 million. |
